Vi satser på at være færdige omkring kl 17. Dette kræver at alle hjælper til og holder sig klar ved bedømmelsesbordene.

Da der ikke er frokost denne gang (dommere undtaget) opfordres i til selv at have sandwich eller lignede med. Der er mulighed for indkøb ca 2 km væk.
Aften grill hygge: Pølser, noget kød, måske majs oa grønt smides på grillen, kartoffelsalat og grøn/blandet salat og div tilbehør. Hav selv noget at drikke med. Pris pr 100 kr voksen, 50 kr børn.

HUSK: Champdyr og racedyr over 5 md skal være stambogs registreret ved tilmelding.
Dyr må IKKE forlade udstillingen før den er slut, uden forudgået aftale med arrangørerne.

We encourage all participating countries to come up with an entertaining performance lasting 10-15 minutes and help make it a pleasant evening.

If you do not have a DMK membership number for our new registration system, you must select "next", even if you are a member of a club under the Nordic cooperation.
If your animal has a DMK pedigree, you can use this to your advantage, as you will not have to fill in most of the information.

Accommodation:
An agreement has been made with Hotel Four Points Flex by Sheraton Horsens, Kai Lindbergs Vej 8A, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, where until 15/7, rooms can be booked at a discounted price by using the following link: Reservation-Link after 15/7 you must contact the club to book at a discount, this will only be possible if there are still rooms available.

There are several other hotels in Horsens at different price ranges, but September is often a busy period, so we recommend that you book well in advance.
It is possible to stay overnight at the school (max. 40 people). You must book this when entering the animals, it costs 25 DKK. You must bring your own sleeping mat and other necessities.
Juvenile Pet:
We are trying to ensure that ALL Juvenile competitions will be finished on Saturday, but we are also currently seeing a large increase in children participating in DK, which means that it is not always possible to keep that promise.
Only Children are allowed to exhibit in Juvenile Pet classes up to and including the year they turn 15. All Juvenile Pet animals are allowed to leave the Show when their Best In Show has been held.
Please note that they CANNOT re-enter.
Catalog:
A provisional catalogue will be posted on DMK's Facebook page as soon as possible after the last entry deadline, together with a date for when any errors and corrections must be made. Up until this date, you can replace registered animals with another in the same category. The final catalogue with show program and important information will be posted on Facebook and sent to all participants approximately one week before the show.
Paper catalogue can be purchased, but MUST be pre-ordered.
Sales booth It is possible to sell guinea pig related items at the exhibition. A table costs 300 DKK, if you want more than 1 table you must contact the club to make an agreement on price and quantity.

- Every club should have a contact person at the Nordic show. The contact person will help both the organizer and the club members with problems if needed.
The contact person must be provided by the entry deadline.
Membership: ONLY members of a club under the Nordic cooperation can show at the Nordic Championship.
DMK members must REMEMBER: Even though there are no Champion classes for Juvenile and pets at the National Championships, you are still subject to rules regarding studbook registration.
Cucumber and Keep Your hat on competitions
There will be a competition between the Nordic countries. The ten best results for each country will be added together, and the country with the most points will win.
There will be a cucumber eating and Keep your hat on competition, all participants can participate for free with 1 animal per competition.
Health check
All animals must have a health check, including sales and transit animals, jf. Dansk marsvineklubs indtjek regler.
Transit animals
All participants can bring animals in transit for free, they must be kept in their own cages/boxes min 29x34 cm with food and water.
All animals in transit must be kept in a room for this purpose.
Quarantine rooms:
All animals that are rejected in the health examination must be quarantined or taken home. Regardless of the reason! This is in accordance with new applicable rules from the DMK board of directors Sep. ’24. It is the participant himself who is responsible for bringing a box for his animals that measures at least 29x34 cm, and providing food and water for his animals in the quarantine room.
The room must be locked, but will be opened so that the animals can be watered and fed.
Cages:
The show is predominantly cage-free, but there will be show cages that can be ordered at entry with a maximum number of 40 pieces. in total. You must bring your own bedding etc. and all waste must be brought home for disposal, it must NOT be left behind!
A cage costs 30kr per piece.
Sale animals
There will be an area for sale animals, you must bring your own cages/boxes min 29x34 cm with food and water, and you must bring your own bedding etc. and all waste must be brought home for disposal, it must NOT be left behind!
We would like to know approximately how many sale animals you are bringing, so we can ensure that there is enough space.
It is free for all participants to use the sale area, but costs 10 DKK per animal from non-participants.
1st time participant:
If you are a first time participant we offer to help you get started with preparing your animals so that you get the best possible show, we don't always notice that there is a first time participant, so if you have the opportunity please contact us in good time by email preferably with your phone number and we can contact you. We will try to find you a tutor from your home country.
